Folktronica single SANDGIRL features high flying vocals and ethereal synths as it tells the story of recovering from mental illness.

Born from a love of the weird and wonderful human experience, frankiemydear sits soaring harmonies and narrative lyricism in a landscape of rumbling, otherworldly synths. Art pop, avant-garde folk, or straight-up alt-pop? You decide. Often found gigging in and around North Somerset, frankiemydear can’t be put in a box – although Kate Bush, FKA Twigs, and Portishead are frequently drawn comparisons.
